Development and learning sessions designed for middle managers and succession selected leaders. Principles of leading, managing, coaching and providing feedback are the core focus. Action-learning activities set the tone for application.

Transforming Leadership

The Leader Doc conducts sessions with leaders that span a variety of programs, all with the goal of compelling leaders to make an impact. 

Using the tenants of theory, learning and sustaining core management functions, experiential sessions are designed to maximize performance metrics.
